Founded in 1992 as a California Corporation specializing in Demolition Contracting.
Specializing in Soft and Hard Demolition, Interior Strip-outs, Saw Cutting, Breaking and Removals.
Successfully completed approximately 500 projects with revenue exceeding $10 million in the 2005 - 2006 Fiscal Year.
Serves primarily Southern California with a few large projects in Northern California.
Bulk of sales come from repeat clients who appreciate the value added to a project by “starting off on the right foot”
with an experienced and established contractor.
Work is concentrated primarily on Commercial, Industrial Facilities and Institutional.

Seventeen fully equipped Labor Crews with experienced Foremen and Journeymen Laborers.
All crews are trained in-house for the various facets and required skills pertinent to the demolition field.
We promote an injury free work environment and are taking the steps necessary to ensure the safest work place
possible on each and every one of our jobs. We provide First Aid/CPR training as well as OSHA 10 hour training for all of
our Foremen and lead men.
Equipment Divisions available include Brokk’s, Saw Cutting, Coring, Wall Sawing, as well as Demolition Tractors,
Excavators and Trucks for Hard Demolition work.
The key staff has estimated and managed numerous large projects for General Contractors, Specialty Contractors,
Developers and Owners.
We have additionally worked as the Prime Contractor on several large projects for Owners and Construction Managers
where all facets of demolition and minor rebuilding are included in our contract.
Company projects range in size from $2,000 to over $1 million.
